Abstract
The primary purpose of this study is to investigate the impact of employees’ behavior on innovative work behavior during organizational change. Primary data were collected from 250 respondents across various banks in Punjab. Data are analyzed using various SPSS tools. The results of this study highlight the importance of positive employee behavior towards organizational change on innovative work behavior. Additionally, employee involvement also enhances the relationship between employee behavior and organizational change, as well as creative work behavior. However, ’employees' involvement magnifies the positive behavior of employees towards innovative work. Data was collected from employees in the banking sector, which is why these results can’t be generalized to other sectors. For implications, organizations must prioritize their employees by involving them in decision-making processes to achieve a positive response that fosters innovative work behavior.
