MULTIDIMENSIONAL ANALYSIS OF BURNOUT SYNDROME IN SOCIAL WORKERS
Main Article Content
Abstract
This study focuses on a comprehensive, multidimensional analysis of the burnout syndrome in social workers who are exposed to chronic stress and high emotional demands. The main objective is to identify and gain a deeper understanding of the specific factors contributing to emotional exhaustion, depersonalization, and reduced personal accomplishment in this profession. Based on quantitative research and the use of standardized psychometric tools (e.g., MBI), the work aims to uncover the relationships between workload, organizational support, supervision, personal coping strategies, and the level of burnout. The results obtained will contribute to the theoretical understanding of the burnout syndrome within the context of helping professions and provide practical recommendations for interventions and preventive programs aimed at improving the mental health and sustaining the quality of social work.
